Debian sendmail start script

1. Does anyone have a Debian sendmail init script they would like to share.


2. I noticed that the standard Debian testing sendmail 8.13 supplied with
sendmail does not seem to be complied with HASFLOCK yet the default

        Lock Type =

Setting is blank. Shouldn't that be set to:

        Lock Type = posix
