Persistent spam - suggestions welcome

I'm seeing a lot of these spams slipping through with the following address
in the body:

XE International Exports Ltd
St. Gerry #3708
Belize City, Belize

Or some variation on it.

Has anybody else seen these? Has anybody come up with a way of stopping
them?
