outlook meeting requests?

I'd say the first place to start looking is your mail logs. If the system ate anything, the logs would record the action the logic behind it. Ask your user the basic questions:

Who
What
When

And with that, you should be able to determine the why.

 Is there anything in MailScanner that might prevent Outlook meeting requests from working properly? I've had our first complaint moments ago, and I'm not sure where to start.
