spam still getting through

Hello,
    I've got a freebsd 5.3 box that seems i can not stop the spam. I thought
i was doing well then i checked an account and it's still flodding in.
    It's running postfix 2.1.5, authenticated smtp over tls, and courier
imap for pop/imap and pops/imaps access. I've installed MailScanner,
4.35.11, dcc 1.2.58, and sa 3.01, and razor 2.67.
    I know MailScanner and sa are running, but i believe i've got a config
error, the spam still comes in. I am using an rhbl as well. In the headers
of a spam message i see:
X-davemehler.com-MailScanner: Found to be clean
X-davemehler.com-MailScanner-SpamScore: ss
I've got razor and dcc on, i am uncertain why this isn't working. I'd rather
not post my configs as they are quite large, but if someone offlist wants to
check them over i'd appreciate the help.
