inconsistent SPF - bug

More clues:  If I set
Envelope From Header = X-test-From:
envelope_sender_header X-test-From

then all messages posted to this list receive SPF_PASS except those from
me, which show SPF_FAIL.  This is what started me thinking that
duplicate headers were the problem.

But if I use the default MailScanner settings, then most messages still
show no SPF at all or SPF_FAIL.
