Email Forwarding

I have a Cpanel server with Mailscanner and ClamAV installed, I need to set up forwarding that is
hidden to the user, the company needs to monitor emails to certain employee's without it showing
in Cpanel's forwarding screen.

I noticed there is a place in the mailscanner config file for this but no instructions on how to set it
up.

Can someone help me out with a rule template for the Mail Archiving and Monitoring Section.
Along with instructions on how to tell mailscanner how to use the rule.
