divert email, like archive, possible?

Jeff,

I think you should use the "Non Spam Actions" rule instead of the 
archiving one:
From: joeblow at colby.edu and To: jaearick at colby.edu forward 
someone at colby.edu
default  deliver

PS: I'm not sure if you also need "delete" before the forward clause...
