Problems with SpamAssassin 3.0.1 timing out

Noticed this too when doing a debug test of SpamAssassin:

cannot load or create Mail::SPF::Query module

I therefore installed Mail::SPF::Query usig cpan but it has made no
difference to DNS query times.  I still get debug output like this:

query for rightmove.co.uk took 48 seconds to look up
