You might want to leave it enabled just in case one of your machines gets
taken over and becomes a spambot, or starts sending out .exe/.pif files for
some reason (laptop got infected at home, etc.)

Read up on rulesets in the MAQ, FAQ and the book. You basically want to
create rulesets to create the result "no" when it is from the IP address of
the server (and/or from 127.0.0.1 as well), as "yes" by default.
