MailScanner adds an extra header at the start of the headers, whose name
is given by the Envelope From Header in MailScanner.conf, at the start
of the message that is passed to SpamAssassin, specifically so that the
SPF stuff can work. The extra header is not kept in the message
permanently, it's just put in there as the mail is piped to SpamAssassin.
