EXE In Zip FIles

    [ The following text is in the "ISO-8859-1" character set. ]
    [ Your display is set for the "US-ASCII" character set.  ]
    [ Some characters may be displayed incorrectly. ]

It just stops it applying filename and filetype checks inside archives.
It does *not* affect virus scanning of archives, this is still done as
usual.
