Major features?

One highlight that I like a lot is the ability to place in front of MS
Exchange and control the mail in separate queues.
When a bottle neck occurs, say...from an outage of your MS Exchange, I have
been able to queue up the mail marked as spam and deliver the good mail
straight through as soon as the M$Exch is back up.
