Now that is a really big point.  Most of my customers are so security
aware these days it's ridiculous.

I also liked the point about not having to mess with the mail server
software when installing MailScanner.  Large shops don't like to modify
their packages as it makes them unsupportable...Charlie left the company
last year and we don't have any idea what modifications he made to
sendmail!=...we tried upgrading but everything broke!

You might want to mention some geewhiz stuff like the names of your
major users and the number of emails some of these people process per
day using MailScanner.
