High Scoring Spam Actions not firing

Thanks Ugo. You're tip compelled me to work out the installation / upgrade
issues we'd been having on our server with SpamAssassin. And the help that
everyone gave on the startup state of sendmail and spamassassin has us
miles down the road in the right direction.
