Confused about notices for password-zips

Learned today that a lot of files from dell is sent in password-zips and only notify messages has gone to postmaster
Ive added Non-Forging Viruses = Joke/ OF97/ WM97/ W97M/ Zip-Password så at least the por support ppl will get a message that it didnt pass. I guess I could use rules on this but is there a way for me to send notices to my user if its been blocked unless it contained a virus ie, just a password protected file
