I've already had a well-founded "no" vote too, from an ISP who regularly
does this for their users (don't know why, but he was very definitely
against it). I don't want to add yet another option for this, when all
it takes is a new score for a SpamAssassin rule.
I'll add a comment about the NORMAL_HTTP_TO_IP rule into the shipped
spam.assassin.prefs.conf, so it's easy to find.
