Some OSes like RH9, FC or RHEL3 seem to have sendmail compiled with tcp
wrappers support.. if you are using one of these your job is done..
simply use the hosts.allow to allow connections to sendmail and yeah
make sure you have also have the restricitons in your hosts.deny
