Cool SpamAss hold and deliver feature, can we implement that in MailScanner

I haven't tried it but if i read it correctly replying is enough to get
the mail delivered

You are getting a digest though, so there are several mail summaries in
the message body, you just delete what you don't want and it will send the
rest of them :)
