MailScanner not processing mqueue.in

Any clues in the logs, presumably you've stopped MailScanner and started
it again?

BTW the MailScanner-MRTG issue is solved in the latest unstable version
- it now does not attempt to restart MailScanner if it was stopped with
the init script.
