Stop autolearning of bayes

Add to spamassassin's local.cf or spam.assassin.prefs.conf

         bayes_auto_learn 0

(note: if it doesn't work in spam.assassin.prefs.conf, try it in local.cf.
Some settings will not be honored in spam.assassin.prefs.conf.)
