ETRN support in MailScanner required

This happens it the original sender has his own reply-to: header. The
mailinglist software doesn't do anything with it. So it will stay in the
final message to the members.

I have been thinking about removing mine, but because of some strange
internal (Exchange) mailrouting I had to do this to get all of my
messages to the right place. I'll have a look whether I can change this.
