HTML Rules question

I have a user who gets weekly emails that have embedded HTML scripts in
them. I'm trying to whitelist the emails from a particular address, and
I just want a sanity check to make sure I'm approaching it the right
way.


In MailScanner.conf I have, 

Allow Script Tags = /etc/MailScanner/rules/html.whitelist.rules


And in /etc/Mailscanner/rules/html.whitelist.rules I have

From:           someone at somewhere.com    yes
FromOrTo:       default         no


Is this correct?
