I would recommend that you quarantine all blocked stuff (attachments,
virus, high scoring spam) and use the quarantine cleaning script to
delete it after for example 14 days. That's a whole lot safer.

Look into these options to start with:

Quarantine Infections = yes
Quarantine Whole Message = yes
Quarantine Whole Messages As Queue Files = yes
High Scoring Spam Actions = store

I can recommend Vispan if you want stats and easy install. On the page

you install it yourself.
