ANNOUNCE: Unstable MailScanner 4.30.2 released

Not sure if this is mailwatch or mailscanner, have been told different
things - but by default using .51 and 4.29-7 the postfix TO: address is
still duplicated database.

This is using the HOLD single instance postfix method.
