Thats not a MailScanner header, looks like either you're using
spamassassin outside of MailScanner or someone elses server that the
mail passed through is running Spamassassin. Assuming the former is the
case you should disable any external SpamAssassin and set Use
SpamAssassin=yes in MailScanner.conf
