Mail logs vs. email headers

Hello

Im running mailscanner/spamassassin/clamav on slack 9 with sendmail
8.12.10.
I configured the server to flag spams rated 2.5 and higher.
My question has to do with the logging vs. email headers.

In /var/log/maillog I see that it is rating the spams.
For example on a particular spam:
SpamAssassin (score=15.472, required 2.5

But in the email headers I see:
X-Spam-Status:  No, hits=15.472 required=5.0 tests=none autolearn=ham
version=2.63

5.0 not 2.5??
Is this normal so it hides my server settings to the mail acct user?
Am I mis configured somewhere??
Thanks in advance

Kevin B
