defang the attached files

I want to rename the attached file extention whether it was controlled and
marked as clean!

i.e. attachedfile.exe --> clean! or cleaned!  (but still it may be harmful,
new virus? or unsuccessful control?)
-- rename it as "attachedfile.defang-exe" --

If this mail and attached document is waiting by a client, it is no problem,
just he/she renames the file and uses it. Otherwise, he/she think about the
attached file twice.
