Mailscanner not restarting

Hi,

We're running mailscanner on a HP-UX 11i system and once in a while
/var/spool/mqueue.in fills up with lots of messages and mail won't be
delivered anymore.
Killing all mailscanner processes and starting it again with
check_mailscanner solves this problem.
However, it seems like mailscanner doesn't restart every 4 hours like it is
supposed to do.


Which file/command is responsible for the actual restarting ?
