I'm assuming that either Ugo's suggestion solved your problem, or that
it has since resolved itself...
However:
I have had similar problems w/ sendmail, where his suggestion (as-is)
sort-of worked, but ignored the majority of the queue files.
Try adding one more option:
> /usr/sbin/sendmail -q -v -OMinQueueAge=0
Other options for when you've got multiple config files w/ multiple
spool directories:
> -OQueueDirectory=/mvar/spool/mqueue
(change the spool directory to match your config)
> -qGgroupname
(If you've implemented multiple queue-groups... which you probably
haven't if you're using mailscanner)
