Possible MailScanner problem

Most likely, yes. Remember that the strings used in the headers are *not*
what is used to deliver the message, only the addresses in the envelope
(which are in the mail log). It sounds like something is wrong that is
dropping this address from the list of recipients.

The DKING entry is missing the trailing ">" character. And the quotes in
the person's real name look pretty dodgy to me. Get the sender to correct
the nickname they have for dking's email address so that it reads like the
others.
