Possible MailScanner problem

I don't really think that the problem is on my machine, but could be.  I
would like to see if anyone can give any input on this.

PROBLEM: One of my guys cannot get email from a particular email address
(or person).  Everyone else can.  Below will explain more:

NOTED SECTION OF THE HEADER OF THE EMAIL:
From: "Smith M.D., Steven R." <Steven.Smith at ecommunity.com>
To: "'bpumphrey at woodmaclaw.com'" <bpumphrey at woodmaclaw.com>
Cc: "'Gayle M. Williams'" <GWILLIAMS at WoodMacLaw.com>,
   "'Kimberly S. Mahaney'" <KMAHANEY at WoodMacLaw.com>,
   "\"'DKING DKING at woodmaclaw.com'\" <DKING" <DKING at woodmaclaw.com

So the email was sent to a total of 4 people.  Everyone got the email
except for dking.

As you can see dking doesn't get in the log so the message doesn't even
go through for him.

HYPOTHOSIS:
My guess is that the senders email problem is messing up the header for
dking, as it is different in the header.
