whitelisting responses to outgoing messages

Is MailScanner able to do the following:

a) record the Message-ID of all outgoing emails in some form of database
(like Formail's -D)
b) automatically whilelist incoming emails whose
        In-Reply-To: / References:
   header match such a remembered Message-ID?

IDs could be purged out of the database after a while to avoid
it to grow too much and slow down lookups.
