Filetypes

Does anybody has some good rules to block all kind of videos, sounds, in attached files? 

I put a lot of them here, like MPEG, MP3, AVI, WAV, but is never enough. I'm allways forgotting some extensions. If someone has a good one to share, I'll apreciate it...
