4.29.7 - Load Average

I upgraded from 4.25-14 to 4.29.7 yesterday and haven't noticed any
slowdown yet. One of the reasons I didn't upgrade sooner was that many
reported slowdowns in the versions between.

I also upgraded Net::DNS due to someone reporting later versions
improved performance in SA a lot. I now have 0.46, they of course
released 0.47 since I downloaded 0.46 though. ;-)
