Bayes expiry parameters

If you set the "restart every" to about 4 hours and set the "rebuild bayes
every" to 24 hours, then you should see it do it every 24 - 28 hours. Once
the time between rebuilds has elapsed, the next periodic restart should
rebuild the Bayes database. That's what I intended it to do...
