Sophos and PDFs again -- and speed

Another 3.80 issue. What is the startup speed like of the sweep command? I
tried it on my own system and it took about 8 seconds thinking time before
it started scanning a single file!!!
If you are seeing this too, please complain loudly to Sophos.
