Still Deliver Silent Viruses Ruleset Syntax

Is anyone running this one with a ruleset?  Based on my experience with
other rulesets this is what I'm guessing will work:
         FromOrTo:       *@whatever.com  yes/no

I do not, at the moment, have a staging system online to screw with and a
client wants to see this in production today so if anyone can enlighten me
I'd appreciate it!  :-)
