Blacklisted hotmail

I have a problem with forged hotmail.  The messages are shown as blacklisted but are also shown as whitelisted.  I have checked my whitelist and it doesn't have anything in it about hotmail or the ip address being whitelisted.  I'm sending the maillog of when the item was scanned.  The items are forwarded to the end user and the subject line has been modified as blacklisted spam.
