ANNOUNCE: Unstable 4.29.3 released

Can you please stop MailScanner, set "Debug = yes" in MailScanner.conf then
run "check_mailscanner".
Please tell me what output it produces.

Strange no-one else has reported this, there have been hundreds of
downloads today.
