Sendmail -q15m unchangeable?

I kept the configuration from the previous setup and they had it
setup to be queued. I could change it to batch or something else to see if
that shuts them up. Thanks for the advice, I will look into doing it.

The queue interval shouldn't make much difference to most email (as it
will be sent directly rather than queued, unless the sending fails).
Have you changed 'Delivery Mode' in MailScanner.conf (if you have you
probably shouldn't have). You might also like to take a look in your
maillog to see if there are any problems. If the problem is lots in the
queue then sendmail -bp | more may also give some clues
