I think it's a virus.
My Mailscanner is reporting for those.txt attachments that 'Programs are
not allowed'

Nowhere In my configs or filename/type rules is the sentence that
MailScanner reports, and .txt is usually never a program.

MS reports the filename with .txt correctly and by browsing through the
df/qf pair i cannot seem to find any executable!
