SPAM Score Signature

A feature I would like is that when MailScanner using Spam Assassin finds a
message to score over 5 points or whatever it adds a signature to the end of
the text portion of the message.

By adding it to the end it would be less obtrusive and they would still be
able to use Outlook Express to filter it.  The link could contain directions
on setting up Outlook to filter based on the score.  It would be nice if the
link also contained a form they could enter there email address in to
disable Spam checking for there account entirely if they did not appreciate
it.  Perhaps even a way to whitelist certain from addresses too.

Perhaps a better way would be to attach a file with this score to every
message scoring over 5 points.  Something like "junk.score" attached to
every message scoring over 5 points.  Of course if Outlook Express allowed
filtering based on header content this would be much easier.  Is there a
free plugin or something for Outlook Express that does that?
