4.23-11: major bug: virus warning text itself appears in quarantine

I just saw the same behaviour Friday, mine were obviously spam but
anyway I was going to make a post about it too. I have a different combo
than the three you tested.

Allow Form Tags = no
Quarantine Infections = yes
Quarantine Whole Message = no
Quarantine Whole Messages As Queue Files = yes

The quarantined message contains the recipients warning message instead
of the original HTML message containing the form. Other quarantined
stuff seems to work, like IFrames.
