CLAMAV and Internet LOGGER

Kham;

You only need the CLAM command line for MailScanner. Stop all the CLAM 
daemons, they just get in the way. MS will run it and the freshcalm part 
itself.

I don't know what your PostreSQL has to do with it all though.
