striphtml does not work

Well I have just put a simple test message through my setup, using
Non Spam Actions  = striphtml deliver
(as the message wasn't designed to be spam, it would not be detected as such).

And it did the job perfectly. Took out all the HTML but left the text of
the links intact, just as I intended.
