striphtml does not work

I have tried that. I'm not sure if the order matters, I get the following
order in my maillog:

Spam Actions: message h8M8rmr27029 actions are deliver,striphtml

It doesnt seem to matter which way I put it in the config, the striphtml
doesnt seem to strip out the html. Is there anyway to trigger this code
manually to see where it could be going wrong?
