q ad quarantine'd files and permissions

Hi!

I set up MailScanner (4.22-5) to quarantine infected files,
 and now want to make those accessible for the lusers. (Rigged up
 apache and stored.virus.message.txt appropriately.)

Now, in $quarantine, MailScanner sets up directories+files with
 mode 0700, which is not the default umask of the user it's running
 as.

Any hints? I need that 0755, at least...
