You did make the change to the wrapper file?

su mail
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=>/opt/eTrustAntivirus/secu/lib:/opt/eTrustAntivirus/ino/config:/opt/eTrustAntivirus/ino/lib
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
sudo /opt/eTrustAntivirus/ino/bin/inocmd32 /path/to/eicar.com
