spam.assassin.prefs file customization help

I have the following rule on my spam.assassin.prefs
file:

header  FOUL_WORD   Subject =~ /foulword/i
body    FOUL_WORD  /foulword/i
score   FOUL_WORD  100.0

The problem is that certain foul words are contained
within other words example.

-ANALyst
-doCUMentation
-SHITtakke Mushrooms
-gRAPEs

I want to create a rule that looks for a certain word
by itself. Any ideas?
