HTML Spam and other spam

Apart from the amazing increase in SPAM we are
experiencing, I have some of it that leaks through.

The HTML spam, specially porn spam is leaking through.

Is there anything I should be looking at specifically.
I already have sendmail spliting messages so that
resolves the whitelisting problem.

Im runing the latest Mailscanner with spamassassin
2.60. I have not configured Bayes or razor, nor do I
know how to do sa-learn.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
